REFLECTING AS Year - Remake of Music Video

At the end of the AS year, we were given a brief to re-make a section of a music video, which would last between 1 and 2 minutes. This will allow us to learn some new skills, such as how to edit 'base tracks' and also how to 'synch sound to action'.

We started off by analysing 5 music videos at first. Most of the videos involved dance sequences. We were then put into groups and asked to do a 'pitch in a lift'. This when we would decide out of all 5 videos to remake.

So me and my group we decided to re-create the music video 'Vogue' by Madonna.

 

As there was only 3 of us in a group (inlcuding me), we decided to include everyone in the video, as this video involves a dance routine and luckily we had a male member in our group which was great, as the video shows short clips of a man. 

The remake version we decided to film it indoors, in the classroom and in the corridoors, because there's a scene in the video which shows a massive window and luckily we found a similar one just here at college!
